After-Sales Service

We are committed to providing our customers with a more convenient, efficient, and high-quality value-added service experience, which reflects CLW  Industry’s strong sense of responsibility and mission regarding after-sales service for complete vehicles.

Sales and Service

For vehicles exported by our company, we provide a warranty period of 12 months or 100,000 kilometers. During the warranty period, if the vehicle or any of its components fails due to issues with product materials, manufacturing, or installation quality, our Customer Service Center will provide repair services free of charge.

Warranty Terms:

1. Effective Date: Within 12 months from the shipment date indicated on the Bill of Lading (B/L)

2. Warranty Period:

Basic Components: Within 12 months, or up to 100,000 kilometers of mileage for engine components;

Critical Components: Within 12 months or up to 60,000 kilometers of mileage, whichever comes first;

Standard Components: Within 12 months or up to 5,000 kilometers of mileage, whichever comes first

Spare Parts Delivery Terms:

1. In response to urgent customer requests, we will ship replacement spare parts via international express carriers (such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx). The shipment will arrive at the designated destination within 5–7 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. For routine spare parts requests, we will ship replacement parts along with the next shipment of new equipment. Shipping costs for this service are fully waived.

Spare Parts Service Outside the Warranty Period:

1. After purchase, we will provide a list of wear-and-tear spare parts (covering components expected to wear out within 2 years) for your reference. You may select specific parts from this list based on your needs or our recommendations. All spare parts are genuine OEM products of superior quality and are sold at factory-direct prices.

2. We are currently seeking partners to establish a CLW spare parts warehouse to supply various truck components, so that in the future you will be able to purchase genuine spare parts in your local market.

Technical Support Services:

1. A set of maintenance tools and an operating manual will be provided with the vehicle.

2. We will respond to your inquiries regarding maintenance plans or spare parts procurement within 36 hours.

3. We will provide you with online product knowledge, operating guides, and maintenance training. For large-volume purchases, you may arrange for an engineer to visit your site for on-site training.

When operating the vehicle, you must use high-quality, unadulterated fuel. All engine oil, lubricants, hydraulic fluid, and other fluids used in the vehicle must meet the specifications outlined in this manual.
