Crude palm oil tanker trucks, as the key link between plantation mills, refineries, and export terminals, not only transport large volumes of liquid cargo but also directly impact oil quality and transportation efficiency. The tank typically features built-in steam heating pipes or a standalone diesel heating system, combined with rock wool or polyurethane insulation, to ensure that the palm oil remains fluid during long-distance transport and does not require additional, time-consuming preheating during unloading. Internal contact surfaces are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel or coated with a corrosion-resistant finish to prevent metal ions from reacting with the oil and causing oxidative deterioration, ensuring that the acid value (AV) and peroxide value (PV) meet standards upon arrival at the refinery.
Available in food-grade 304/316 L stainless steel or high-strength carbon steel; supports a multi-compartment independent design, allowing for the simultaneous loading of different grades or batches of palm oil, thereby improving single-trip transport efficiency. The thickness of the insulation layer can be customized based on local climate conditions , and the heating system can be equipped with options such as chassis engine waste heat recycling, an external steam connection, or an automated diesel heater. For muddy plantations and complex hilly terrain, heavy-duty truck chassis with 4×2, 6×4, or 8×4 drive configurations can be customized, featuring high ground clearance, reinforced suspension, and off-road tread tires.
