Specially designed three-dimensional spiral blades are welded inside the mixing drum. When the drum rotates clockwise, the concrete is continuously pushed inward and thoroughly mixed, ensuring that its slump and uniformity fully comply with construction standards upon arrival at the job site;
Modern concrete mixer trucks are typically equipped with large-capacity water tanks for cleaning the drum after unloading, preventing residual concrete from hardening and sticking. Their efficient loading and unloading systems, combined with automated controls, enable seamless integration with concrete pump trucks, significantly reducing turnaround time on construction sites. To accommodate varying road regulations and construction project scales, concrete mixer trucks are available in a range of sizes, from mini models to larger-capacity vehicles, all of which can be customized to meet specific needs.
