Milk tanker trucks (also known as liquid food transport trucks) serve as an indispensable link between dairy farms and dairy processing plants. Since milk is a highly perishable liquid food product subject to nearly exacting hygiene standards, its transportation is a race against time and temperature. Ordinary oil tankers or chemical tankers are absolutely incapable of meeting these requirements. A milk tanker truck is essentially a mobile, high-specification, food-grade, fully insulated stainless steel pressure vessel. Fresh milk, just milked from cows and cooled through cold-chilling, is typically maintained at 2°C to 4°C. Fresh milk tankers are equipped with extremely thick insulation layers.
All surfaces inside the tank that come into contact with milk must be kept absolutely smooth and sterile to medical/food-grade standards to prevent any milk residue from accumulating. The tank must be cleaned immediately after unloading fresh milk. The vehicle is equipped with a high-efficiency cleaning system that enables automated rinsing, acid washing, alkali washing, and disinfection without the need for manual access to the tank. The entire product line is constructed exclusively from food-grade 304 or premium 316L stainless steel. All internal welds undergo precision mechanical polishing and acid pickling and passivation treatments, achieving a mirror-like finish that leaves no hiding places for milk residue or bacteria. Customizable options include a mirror-finish stainless steel exterior or a matte brushed finish with a brand logo (as shown in the rendering, which is aesthetically pleasing, exudes a distinct industrial aesthetic, and helps enhance the brand image of logistics companies). The interior can be equipped with a food-grade self-priming pump (hydraulically driven or powered by an external power source)
