Hook Lift Truck
Thanks to its unique “one truck, multiple containers; self-loading and self-unloading” model, the hook lift truck is becoming a “miracle tool” for reducing logistics costs and improving efficiency in oil palm plantations across major oil palm-growing countries such as Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, and Indonesia. During the harvest season, hook lift trucks can pre-position multiple empty transport containers (Containers/Bins) at fruit collection points in various sections of the plantation. Harvesters load fresh fruit bunches (FFB) directly into the bins, and the hook lift truck simply follows a scheduled route to pick up the filled bins and transport them to the oil mill. The vehicle and driver do not need to wait on-site for loading, resulting in a several-fold increase in vehicle utilization rates and daily transport capacity per vehicle.
For right-hand drive (RHD) markets such as Papua New Guinea and Malaysia, standard RHD cabs are provided.Oil palm fruit juice is somewhat corrosive due to its acidity. We specialize in providing containers made of thickened corrosion-resistant steel or stainless steel, with leak-proof seals at the bottom to prevent juice from leaking and contaminating the road surface. We also offer customizable options, including vented mesh containers or high-sided, high-capacity containers, to prevent bunches of fruit from falling out during high-speed transport.We offer high-tensile hydraulic hook-arm systems with capacities ranging from 14 metric tons to 20 metric tons and up to 25 metric tons, ensuring the ability to load large-capacity fruit containers in a single trip and maximizing the efficiency of each transport run.Equipped with reinforced double-acting hydraulic cylinders, high-pressure plunger pumps, and overload protection valves. The hydraulic system undergoes rigorous high-pressure testing and sealing treatment, ensuring smooth lifting and agile response while eliminating oil leaks under tropical conditions of high temperature and humidity.
