Based on the weight and volume of the customer’s cargo, you can freely choose from various chassis configurations, such as two-axle (single-axle), three-axle (eight-wheel rear), and four-axle (four-wheel front, eight-wheel rear). The length, width, and ground clearance of the flatbed can all be customized to meet your needs, ensuring the most suitable load-carrying design—whether for small agricultural machinery or large excavators weighing dozens of metric tons. The chassis and flatbed main beams are typically made of high-strength alloy steel (such as Q345, Q610, or HG60), formed through integral pressing or welding into I-beam profiles. Compared to ordinary carbon steel, their resistance to bending and torsion is several times greater, ensuring they remain free from bending or deformation even under concentrated point loads from overweight machinery, guaranteeing long-term durability.
