This design has completely revolutionized the loading and unloading methods of traditional rear-door cargo trucks.
When both sides of the wing-type truck are fully opened, multiple forklifts can load and unload pallets simultaneously from both sides. Manual handling tasks that would normally take several hours can typically be completed in just 10 to 20 minutes using the wing-type truck. When closed, the wing-type van forms a fully enclosed, sturdy steel-and-aluminum structure. It not only protects against rain, dust, and sunlight but also effectively prevents cargo loss or theft, providing all-weather protection for high-value goods such as electronics, premium food products, and daily necessities. As modern supply chains move toward standardization, most goods are already palletized in the warehouse. The design of the Wing Van allows forklifts to load pallets directly into the cargo compartment side-by-side, maximizing space utilization and making it the optimal solution for warehouse-to-warehouse (W2W) transportation.
